RequirementsAssociate's in engineering or life sciences; 7+ years in metrology, instrumentation, or calibration; proven leadership experience; technical expertise in equipment reliability and calibration standards; familiar with GMP/GLP, clean room protocols, electrical safety NFPA-70E preferred.
High Valueexperience in biomanufacturing environments, especially in cell/gene or biologics manufacturing, with GMP/GLP compliance; leadership in calibration and maintenance; working knowledge of electrical safety and clean room standards; on-site Durham, NC; potential for supporting manufacturing and utility equipment.
Collaborationwork cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Work Setupon-site, no remote option, with physical requirements for prolonged sitting, standing, and lifting.
