, where you’ll be the first to greet our guests, ensuring safety and order during our exciting performances. Whether it’s a sold-out concert or comedy show or a Broadway Production, you’ll be one of our unsung heroes working to ensure everyone has a safe and secure experience. As an Event Screener, you’ll also be the smiling face to our guests, ready to answer questions and lend a helping hand.

- Customer Service Approach:
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming smile as guests enter the venue. - Screening Guests:
Monitor walk-through screening systems at designated entrances to screen guests ensuring safety and security. - Guidance and Assistance:
Provide directional assistance and guidance to guests as needed outside and inside the venue. - Crowd Control:
Monitor front-of-house ingress and remain aware of your surroundings. - Seating Area Observation:
Redeploy inside seating area to serve as additional support for guest needs.
- Adherence to Protocols:
Commit to following safety and security protocols and guidelines. - Ability to Work Under Pressure:
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor to contribute to a positive guest experience, even in challenging situations.

RequirementsPhysical Requirements:
- Ability to perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Possess effective vision and communication skills through speech and listening.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout a shift.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments including heights, darkened corridors, loud noise, flashing lights, and haze effects.
Additional Requirements:
- Available for flexible hours year-round, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation to Durham, NC.
- Access to a mobile device such as tablet, personal computer, smartphone for scheduling.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
