As a member of the Portfolio Management team, Account Executives are tasked with handling all aspects related to loan operations and loan servicing for a portfolio of commercial loans. The position serves as a primary point of contact for commercial credit clients, lending business partners, relationship managers, and bank colleagues seeking loan accounting information. Responsibilities include analyzing and processing commercial loan transactions, managing the data inputs of newly boarded or modified loan assets, and reconciling payments within our loan servicing system.
Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing client account information.
- Maintain client accounts by processing funding requirements to ensure that loan advances are in compliance with credit policy.
- Manage payments on behalf of the borrower and issue monthly client account statements.
- Maintain financial integrity by researching and reconciling discrepancies, auditing and verifying documents, following internal controls, and understanding and monitoring loan documents to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related group tasks as needed, including special projects.
