Finance Analyst

This is a hybrid role with two days per week at Cisco's RTP office. Alternate locations will be considered on an exception basis.

Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally be expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office attendance each week, with limited exceptions.

* You will play a key role in providing detailed financial insights and analysis to drive business decisions, while also supporting regular forecasting and reporting deliverables. This role supports a distributed team, requiring collaboration across multiple time zones and the flexibility to work around a global clock to meet deliverables and business needs.

Play a key role in supporting mid-year and new-year readiness across multiple businesses. Produce actionable insights and analysis around the Financial Plan. Understand and consolidate key items from product roadmaps to help understand upcoming headwinds and tailwinds for Sales.

Assist in modeling out-quarter and next year forecast under different scenarios. Provide support across the team for regular reporting and forecasting deliverables. Leverage AI to increase automation and efficiency within work streams. Support Ad hoc requests.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, Sales Finance, or related role.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify key drivers and trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.

+ Highly detail oriented and organized, with the capability to prioritize multiple deadlines, results, and priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to optimally communicate financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities to cross-functional and global partners.

+ Proven ability to identify and drive operational improvements and efficiencies within processes.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

+ Experience using AI tools to improve and automate business processes

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience supporting a global organization and working with stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.

+ Experience working with Finance and business systems, including Excel, FINBO, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar financial/reporting platforms
