Join CCL Hospitality Group as a Regional Support Dietitian serving Virginia, Maryland, DC, North Carolina and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic Region. Schedule is 10/4 or 5/2 – business needs. Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR #.
Position Details
- Provides clinical support to regional accounts.
- Requires extensive travel (up to 100% to sites within the assigned region).
Salary – $85,000–$90,000.

The Registered Dietitian serves as key contact with guests to assess nutritional needs, make recommendations, and collaborate with client representatives (especially nursing/medical staff) and Dining Services Director and Team members to deliver high standards. Leads communication of new clinical systems and programs and ensures statutory documentation is delivered. Provides overall planning, recommendations, documentation and control of resident/patient nutritional needs within company standards and statutory requirements.
EssentialFunctions and Key Tasks
- Evaluates resident nutritional needs and establishes individualized plan of care.
- Monitors resident status and takes appropriate actions.
- Works collaboratively with dining services department to ensure smooth seven‑day operation.
- Creates and maintains documentation.
- Maintains client relationships.
- Updates and applies professional knowledge.
- Sets and communicates objectives, reinforces high standards, monitors performance and addresses issues.
- Completes required departmental audits (clinical documentation review, food safety, meal accuracy, test tray audits).
- Responds to corrective action plans from audits.
- Performs any corporate support directives within designated time‑frames.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) and/or hold licensure/certification.
- Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, successful completion of Dietetic Internship or equivalent; member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics;
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a senior living environment.
- Scheduling may require 10 days on and 4 days off; determined by support needs.
- Requires extensive travel up to 100%.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must reside within commutable distance to major airport.
- Work involves extreme temperatures/conditions, heated equipment, grease, refrigeration/freezer and other at‑risk conditions.
- Proficient with multiple software programs.
- Position involves repetitive motion, walking and/or standing for extended periods, frequent lifting, pushing, carrying, and repetitive wrist motion.
