Pharmacy Tech Data Collection

Pay From: $18 Per Hour

• 2+ years of experience working in a Pharmacy with a CpHT
• 3+ years of pharmacy/medical call center experience without a CpHT or medical billing experience
• Strong data entry and documentation skills
• Ability to develop relationships with contacts at pharmacy sites
• Retail pharmacy experience
• Call Center experience
• Outbound calling with experience interviewing, contacting or negotiating with contacts
• College preferred, must have HS diploma

• Contact pharmacies by phone to obtain billing records.
• Collect data/information from various pharmacies
• Establish relationships pharmacy sites
• Extract and enter relevant prescription/supply information along with expenditures into the database
• Send out authorization forms
• Confirm receipt of Authorization Forms
• Compete forms and abstract data
• Verify types of providers to determine eligibility
