Behavior Technician, Willing to Train – Proud Moments ABA
Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization that provides the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. BTs are an essential part of the treatment team, providing 1‑to‑1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a center‑based setting.

The Role

- Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans, and report progress
- Support the BCBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Respond to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders
- Physically keep up with clients during sessions, including standing, bending, lifting 25+ lbs, running, squatting, kneeling, and staying pace with children aged 2‑15 years
- Perform other tasks assigned by the BCBA/LBA
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency managing multiple high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Location:
Raleigh, NC (additional locations available). Salary range $37,440.00–$52,000.00.
