Autism Center of Excellence (Autism
COE) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Durham, NC.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BCBA who values ethical ABA practices, strong collaboration with RBTs and families, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality care.
CompensationTotal annual compensation: $85,000–$100,000 (Includes base salary plus performance-based bonus potential)
Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
