COE) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Durham, NC.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BCBA who values ethical ABA practices, strong collaboration with RBTs and families, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality care.

Total annual compensation: $85,000–$100,000 (Includes base salary plus performance-based bonus potential)

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure
• Experience working with children with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
