Clinical Director (BCBA) Step Into Leadership | 3–4 Client Caseload Capped | Clinic-Based | Sign on and 20k Tuition Pay Back!

A bit about us:

We are a growing provider of center-based autism services focused on creating an environment where children, families, and clinicians can thrive.

Our model is built around high-quality clinical care, strong team support, and investing in the people delivering that care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Clinical Director to help lead one of our North Carolina clinics.

This opportunity is well suited for an experienced Clinical Director or a strong BCBA who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll have the opportunity to develop clinicians, support clinical quality, and help shape the day-to-day clinical environment while maintaining a smaller caseload of your own.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to move into meaningful clinical leadership without completely stepping away from the work that made you a great clinician.

You'll join a center-based environment with a predictable daytime schedule, a reduced caseload, strong RBT training and support, and the resources to invest in both your own development and the clinicians you lead.

Highlights include:

  • Competitive base compensation based on experience
  • Additional performance-based earning opportunity
  • Reduced Clinical Director caseload of approximately 3–4 learners
  • Center-based care - no in-home or school-based travel
  • Consistent daytime schedule
  • Strong RBT onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • 3 weeks of PTO with additional PTO growth over time
  • 9 paid holidays
  • 2 paid professional development days
  • In-house CEU opportunities
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Employee assistance program, including access to mental health resources
  • Potential sign-on and relocation assistance based on individual circumstances
  • Opportunity for an experienced BCBA to step into formal clinical leadership
Job Details

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director in Chapel Hill, NC.

This role combines clinical leadership, clinician development, and direct oversight of ABA programming. Rather than carrying a traditional full BCBA caseload, the Clinical Director maintains a smaller group of approximately 3–-4 learners, creating additional capacity to coach clinicians, support treatment quality, and provide leadership across the clinic.

What you'll do:
  • Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance to BCBAs and RBTs
  • Mentor clinicians and support their continued professional development
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of ABA treatment programs
  • Maintain a reduced caseload of approximately 3–4 learners
  • Develop, review, and adjust individualized treatment plans using clinical data
  • Provide supervision and feedback to clinical team members
  • Support effective RBT performance and development
  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families on treatment goals
  • Help maintain strong clinical standards, documentation, and ethical practice
  • Partner with clinic and organizational leadership on clinical performance and continuous improvement
  • Help foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive clinic culture
What we're looking for:
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Appropriate eligibility/licensure to practice in North Carolina
  • Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs
  • Strong clinical judgment and understanding of evidence-based ABA…
