Emergency Department Pharmacist - Build Lead ED Program

UNC Health Hillsborough seeks a pharmacist to help build a new ED pharmacy program, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, intervening on medication issues, counseling patients, and defining sustainable workflows with emergency medicine and nursing. State licensure in NC required;
PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree preferred; on-site, 40 hours per week.
