Part-Time Night Auditor / Night Manager - Springhill Suites by Marriott Durham/Chapel Hill

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of Guest Service professionals, as Part‑Time Night Auditor. We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience and a highly competitive benefits package for our part‑time employees to include paid vacation, tele‑health, holidays, short‑term disability, life insurance, and 401K. We also provide a monthly bonus plan and hotel discounts.

Must be available 3rd shift, Monday-Sunday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Previous hospitality experience is highly desired.

Job Description

Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check‑in and check‑out process as well as in‑house. Also, end‑of‑day balancing is required.

Job Duties
  • Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
  • Provide expedient check‑in/check‑out service.
  • Provide superior guest service.
  • Entering/changing reservation information on PMS.
  • Processing payments from guests.
  • Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
  • Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn‑Flow database.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus.
  • Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
