Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Banquet Server to assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, serving food and/or beverages with courtesy and professionalism. The role requires attendance at pre-event briefings, greeting guests, and ensuring consistency with Banquet Captain expectations.
Positions operate in a 24/7 hotel setting with shifts and flexible hours. A current Food Handler Card is required, along with knowledge of liquor regulations and guest relations.
