Informatica Lead Developer

• 7+ years of experience in Informatica Power Center development and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2.

• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data marts.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of complex ETL jobs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Lead Developer to manage our data integration efforts, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Informatica Power Center, cloud platforms, and a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Informatica Power Center or other Informatica tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design ETL workflows.
• Optimize and tune existing Informatica processes to improve performance and scalability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data flow, and error handling.
• Troubleshoot data integration and transformation issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to integrate new data sources and ensure consistency in data flows.
• Manage and schedule ETL jobs, ensuring successful data load, transformation, and migration activities.
• Work closely with the database administrators and other IT teams to ensure seamless data delivery.
• Support production ETL processes and resolve any data discrepancies or job failures.
