Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture – Data & AI Join TELUS Digital to help bridge the gap between pre‑sales strategy and project delivery across our eight core service areas. Your deep knowledge of data ecosystems, machine learning and AI technologies will shape, architect, and launch impactful solutions that align with client and executive partner goals.

• Presale:
  Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process, articulating TELUS Digital’s data and AI capabilities to prospective clients.
• Delivery:
  Lead technical architecture, discovery, and design activities for client engagements, creating scalable data pipelines, machine learning model architectures, and MLOps frameworks.
• Subject‑Matter Expertise:
  Own a technology vertical within Data & AI, including solution design, platform selection, and implementation support (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP). Offer thought leadership in large‑scale data warehousing, real‑time analytics, MLOps, or agentic AI systems.
• Roving Catalyst:
  Enhance existing project teams with architectural account‑level guidance and expertise in data engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.

• Multi‑platform familiarity: deep experience with
  • Cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent.
  • Cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Bedrock / Sage Maker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing data and AI solutions.
• Data & AI industry expertise: ingestion, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, real‑time analytics.
• Machine learning & AI acumen: current trends, MLOps, agentic AI or LLMs.
• Technical proficiency: MLOps principles, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with software estimation, work planning, and building project plans within time/cost constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering software or data solutions in an agency/client‑service environment.

USA Pay Range: $180,000 – $210,000 USD
