Primary Purpose Of PositionTo provide operational oversight and strategic planning for the unit that provides classroom technology, faculty/staff computer support, and event support. This position directs three team leads and an overall team of thirteen technical staff providing support to all faculty and staff, classroom technology, and technical support to campus events, including streaming technologies. This position must use technical knowledge to lead a team of highly technical staff in developing and implementing efficiencies to provide speedy resolution to incidents and proactive and strategic planning for both computer and classroom technologies while developing appropriate policies, regulations, and rules for those technologies.
