Job Title: Service Now Administrator

Description: Looking for skilled Service Now Administrators to support SCOM and Service Now (SNOW) configuration and implementation at the Durham site.
Responsibilities- Configure and integrate Service Now with SCOM for automated monitoring and alert management.
- Support setup, customization, and workflow automation in Service Now.
- Ensure smooth implementation and documentation of all configurations.
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now administration and integration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCOM, ITSM processes, and enterprise monitoring systems.
