This role is for a Digital Implementation Specialist in Durham, NC, on a 12+ month contract at $30-$31 hr. Key skills include experience with IT tools, supply chain, and agricultural sectors. BS degree required; certifications in digital tools or agile project management preferred.

Hours:

40 per week

• Evaluate the potential for digitalization of operations.
• Share possibilities and potential with site leadership teams.
• Provide recommendations and priorities for implementation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams globally to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
• Suggest best‑fit IT tools and digital solutions to improve given workflows.
• Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future rollouts.
• Deliver training materials, documentation for systems and data flows and provide user training.

• BS degree minimum; certifications in digital tools and/or agile project management preferred.
• Experience maintaining integrity, compliance, and quality when delivering solutions and completing tasks.
• Experience ensuring proper data quality and structure for use by IT tools and systems.
• Experience interacting with dashboards, master data, MS Office tools (incl. Excel); supply chain, manufacturing and/or agricultural experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, autonomously, and within diverse teams.
• Comfort troubleshooting technical software and using low‑code tools; ability to learn new tools and processes on the job.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and integrations such as MS Teams, Power
  
  BI, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Power Platform.
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese is a plus.

Hybrid schedule, generally 3–4 days in office.
