Digital Implementation Specialist

Location:

Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 (Hybrid). Candidates will work 3-4 days in office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1‑hour lunch.

• BS degree minimum; certifications in digital tools and/or agile project management preferred.
• Experience maintaining integrity, compliance, and quality when delivering solutions.
• Experience ensuring proper data quality and structure for IT tools and systems.
• Experience with dashboards, master data, MS Office tools including MS Excel.
• Supply chain, manufacturing and/or agricultural experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Autonomous work given initial direction.
• Team collaboration across diverse teams.
• Technical troubleshooting and low‑code tool usage.
• Learn new tools and processes on job.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools: MS Teams, Power
  
  BI, SharePoint, Dynamics, Power Platform.
• Portuguese communication a plus.

• Evaluate digitalization potential of operations; share possibilities and priorities with site leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional global teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
• Explore possible solutions and learn tools used by client as needed.
• Recommend best‑fit IT tools and digital solutions to improve given workflows.
  
  Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future rollouts.
• Deliver training materials and user training; provide documentation for systems and data flows.
