Job DescriptionJoin a Global Technology & Operations group (GTO) consisting of diverse engineers, developers, business analysts, and project managers, with the freedom to create innovative solutions to address core business challenges.
The ideal candidate is responsible for high-level solution design based on business requirements and future state strategy.
Act as a leader, providing strategic and design guidance to program and project staff.
Lead the creation of solution designs for strategic programs.
Review business requirements and processes.
Analyze current technology infrastructure and recommend pathways to achieve strategic objectives.
Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure expectations are managed and met.
Collaborate with others to ensure the integrity of solution design.
Possess a broad and deep understanding of multiple industry technologies and strategic solutions.
Ensure alignment of design components with business strategies, capabilities, or program requirements to deliver functionality that provides expected strategic business value.
Design process flows and engage architects when needed.
Produce High Level Designs (Context and Capability Views).
Consult on architecture functional view diagrams.
Conduct high-level iterations to deliver the overall scope.
Maintain and ensure quality of related design artifacts.
Travel: 10-15%

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years of management, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- 1+ year of experience managing program finances.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of multiple design disciplines or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in complex project planning and execution.
- Proficiency with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to understand, analyze, apply, and communicate abstract architectural concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
