Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you a rockstar paralegal, ready to help build an up-and-coming department? Do you thrive on getting stuff done, while simultaneously making every client feel cared for?

We're reinventing our approach to personal injury cases and looking for the best of the best to join our high-performance pre-litigation and litigation team.

At our firm, paralegals are deeply appreciated and play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people.

Who we are :

We're a nationally recognized plaintiffs firm, recently voted a Best Place to Work. Our President was named one of the state's most influential business leaders and has been recognized for advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Besides looking for high achievers, we're also looking for good people—those with character, strong values, and who are good teammates. Our employees genuinely care for our clients and each other.

We offer :

  • Robust training, mentorship, & professional growth opportunities.
  • State-of-the-art case management software (control your cases rather than your cases controlling you!)
  • Flexible Monday-Friday schedules; remote, hybrid, or in-office—your choice.
  • The opportunity to go to trial and work alongside well-respected attorneys.
  • Competitive salary & benefits (paid family leave, 401k with match, and more).

What the day looks like :

You're the client's first point of contact. You'll answer client questions, actively provide updates, offer guidance through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.

While we have processes to support you at every stage, your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.

It's exciting, fast-paced, and a good fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on clients' lives and contribute to a new department.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury or a similar field (additional experience working in pre-litigation is a plus).

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

  • Organized, decisive, and able to handle a high volume of work.

Paralegals are the backbone of our firm. They often drive our success and help us achieve better results for our clients. We believe our team is unmatched.
