Site Supervisor

Overview

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Haven Design|Build is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage residential (single-family, multifamily) and small commercial projects.

• Site Presence – Open/Close job sites, daily project job logs.
• Jobsite Management & Site Security/Safety – Plan & implement safety protocols, lead cleanliness.
• Quality Control Coordination with Project Team – Identify & resolve on‑site conflicts, coordinate with inspections.
• Subcontractor Management – Contact, scheduling, conflict resolution, quality control, scope communication; work with Construction Manager to plan & implement projects; coordinate on‑site crew and subcontractors, manage daily tasks.
• Project takeoffs and material/equipment quality control.
• Project team coordination and continuous collaborative communication.

• Ability to work in a team with varying skill levels.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and basic web applications.
• Maintain positive relationships with courteous respect.
• Deep understanding of construction processes and technical/trade knowledge.
• Ability to read & interpret drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Knowledge of job set‑up best practices and timely decision making.
• Systematic commitment to job set‑up with close collaboration.
• Responsible for material management, ensuring timely, proper delivery in line with quality control program.
• Oversee punch list completion, resolve routine change orders, deliver through closeout submittals to leave customer positive view of Haven.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

• 5+ years prior experience in construction.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
