*** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
* Adhere to all Safety, Quality, and Operational goals, policies, procedures, and standards. This includes but is not limited to reporting and escalating unsafe conditions, near misses, injuries, etc., immediately.
* Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work area(s) that aid in efficient and productive experiences for self and others performing work on-site.
* Prioritize work as assigned, and manage the flow of day-to-day operations, including the development of timelines and strategies for your team to achieve targeted business results.
* Under the direction of the area Supervisor and DC leadership, provide clear and effective communication to your team in the assignment of tasks, delivery of training to DC personnel, and leveraging of appropriate resources to keep projects on track and ensure DC success.
* Participate in the creation and distribution of documentation, generation of reports, and information to keep team(s) up to date.
* Monitor and review productivity metrics for individuals and teams.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations as needed or directed by leadership.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

*** Employed for at least one (1) year in current role.
* High school diploma or a GED equivalent from a certified college.
* At least one (1) year of experience performing functions in WMS.
* Minimum of 2 Years of team leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment preferred.
* Experience using MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
