Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Operations Manager for a commercial services firm. The ideal candidate will have a background in project execution, crew management, and operational oversight within the painting or light construction industries. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple job sites, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of field operations for commercial painting and light construction projects
• Schedule and manage crews across multiple job sites
• Track and order project materials, including long-lead items
• Conduct job site walk-throughs and quality control checks
• Support sales and estimating teams with pricing and proposals
• Monitor project progress, labor costs, and material usage
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, safety training, and compliance
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or field management
• Experience managing multiple crews and active job sites
• Familiarity with commercial painting or facilities-related services
• Ability to read blueprints or project drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
