Tekgo is seeking experienced Senior Manager to oversee daily operations, quality assurance, and team performance at our Durham Offsite Reprocessing Center.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop sterile processing teams.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with AAMI, AORN, OSHA, CDC, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure KPI targets are met.
- Strong background in sterile processing operations.
- Proven management and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of sterile processing standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
