Manufacturing EngineerJoin Millennium Print Group as a Manufacturing Engineer! We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support production operations, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
What You’ll Do- Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and throughput
- Support daily production operations and troubleshoot process issues
- Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Operational Excellence tools
- Monitor KPIs and lead corrective actions to completion
- Support equipment validation, process qualification, and manufacturing layout improvements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and CI methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment is a plus
