Overview
Technician - Process Manufacturing Support/Material Prep (Nights) at Eli Lilly and Company. This role supports material preparation activities to backfill filling/dispensing/formulation processes on a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule) at the Lilly Research Triangle Park site in Durham, NC. This is a full-time position with eligibility for Lilly benefits.

- Execute daily operational tasks defined by the shift lead/supervisor.
- Focus on material preparation activities to support filling/dispensing/formulation processes.
- Assist in checking execution documentation (PMX, SAP, Cleaning Logs, etc.).
- Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation (Electronic Ticket, SAP, Cleanings, etc.).
- Adhere to RTP Plant safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support training/compliance efforts.
- Proactively monitor documentation and product quality, reporting issues to supervision.
- Support achievement of departmental objectives, including safety, productivity, and deviation reduction.
- Possess flexibility to perform non-routine work with Safety & Integrity in mind.
- Ability to gown and work in controlled classified areas (Grade C and Grade
D). - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic digital literacy (desktop software).
- Must pass a fitness-for-duty physical exam.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (2-2-3 schedule) with potential overtime.
- Authorized to work in the United States;
Lilly does not anticipate visa sponsorship for this position. - Ability to wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, etc.).
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).
- Experience in operations/pharmaceutical industry and/or Grade C environments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Bio Work Certification (preferred).

- The position is on night shift, 2-2-3 schedule.
