Press Brake Operator

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading custom equipment manufacturer in Durham, NC who is looking for a Press Brake Operator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday.

• Operate and set up Press Brake equipment according to specifications and drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in all production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience operating and setting up Press Brake equipment.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous background fabricating custom parts and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
