The Production Lead is responsible for delivering products and small orders on schedule. This role plans, organizes, and controls the combined efforts of supporting functions and resources to support the manufacturing process. The position interfaces with functional departments, ensures that all products are built to the highest quality, and that all processes are performed safely.

• Lead production products through the line as assigned.
• Follow production schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Report schedule and production output.
• Identify and help fulfill the upcoming day’s orders to improve on-time delivery.
• Implement changes to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment following lean and 5S principles.
• Ensure assembly personnel stay on task and follow procedures & processes.
• Consistently remove roadblocks for personnel to ensure deliveries.
• Proactively support production, quality, and the materials group to identify and solve issues affecting deliveries.
• Monitor and determine process and growth training needs, and execute training for assembly personnel as required.
• Drive documentation changes as required to ensure processes are followed and formally released prior to shipments.

• General education degree (GED) or high school diploma required.
• Preferably 12 or more months of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or GMP‑compliant industry highly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/fork lifts preferred.
• Basic PC navigation skills required (data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team required.
