Base Pay Range

$18.90/hr - $21.60/hr

Join our amazing printing team in Durham, NC! Our schedule consists of 12‑hour rotating shifts. You will work in the warehouse performing a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and production support.

• Warehouse General:
  Creates and updates load flags, completes load confirmations, schedules appointments, moves materials, stages loads for shipping, and maintains housekeeping using 5S principles. (30%)
• Warehouse Wrapping:
  Picks up skids from the pressroom, prepares them for wrapping, removes waste, performs preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment, inspects condition of warehouse and equipment, and assists in the carton pack process. (30%)
• Warehouse Rolls:
  Preps rolls for presses, unloads paper from rail cars, scans rolls, drives vehicles to transport items, and loads trucks. (30%)
• Communication & Record Keeping:
  Reads production schedules, paper allocations, and bills of lading; schedules vendor visits; documents weights and locations of skids; reviews manifests; informs incoming shift of pertinent information; uses computer to enter records and communicate with other departments. (10%)

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Experience: 1‑3 years of related experience (Preferred)
• Certifications: Forklift Driver Certified

  Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, perform basic math, apply reasoning, strong mechanical ability, work in a team with minimal supervision, handle fast‑paced repetitive work, work 12‑hour rotating shift with overtime, and use powered industrial trucks.

• Powered industrial trucks: forklift, clamp truck, pallet jack, etc.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and proprietary manufacturing software (Oracle, VAX) as assigned.

• Requires standing, reaching, walking, lifting up to 10 lb routinely and up to 50 lb occasionally; working with moving mechanical parts, high places, electrical shock risk, loud noise.
