Position PurposeThe Micro‑cleaner is a critical role in the company which ensures the proper cleaning of the cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratory environments.
ScheduleFull Time – Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines. Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleaning are completedstreamlinedly and correctly.
- Participate in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
- Detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Micro‑clean all surfaces within the controlled environment, including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
- Follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation.
- Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).
- Review changes to cGMP documentation and re‑train skapa new norms.
- Assist in cross‑training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
- All other duties as defined by the supervisor.
- Become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED; one‑year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
