Greenhouse Technician
Job TitleGreenhouse Technician
Location2 T.W. Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709
Timings7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; 30 Minutes Lunch
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED – BS Science Degree.
- 100% onsite.
- Monday to Friday; workers may need to work weekends on occasion.
- Must be able to stand long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
- Assisting in lab, greenhouse and greenhouse sanitation practices including devitalization processing of all regulated breeding materials.
- Assisting in planting, inoculating, and evaluating plants to screen for disease resistance.
- Maintaining suitable conditions for proper plant growth.
- Preparing culture media.
