Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA)
Operator Responsibilities- Perform basic production support activities including roll wrapping, material staging, and routine line assistance
- Maintain awareness of applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements and individual responsibilities
- Conduct rotational inspection duties and identify, classify, and record visible product defects in accordance with established quality procedures
- Support cleaning activities including manual cleaning tasks and general housekeeping to maintain equipment and work area standards
- Weigh, label, and document finished materials and enter required production data into systems accurately and timely
- Handle materials and assist in ensuring proper material flow to and from the production line
- Follow all established safety procedures including proper PPE (personal protective equipment) use and participation in safety observation programs
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality expectations
- Demonstrate a consistent focus on product quality and teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of basic production operations
- Position starts at $22 hour
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection
- Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills
- Must be able to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment
