Role:
Manufacturing Associate specializing in upstream cell culture operations at a biopharma facility.
Objectives:support GMP-compliant production of biologics by executing critical biomanufacturing steps.
Responsibilities:perform inoculations, bioreactor preparation, media feeds, sampling, and testing; calibrate equipment; document activities per SOP and cGMP; maintain a clean, safe environment; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Engineering.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, 0+ years in GxP or cGMP environment, understanding of aseptic techniques and bioreactor operations; ability to follow SOPs and work in shift schedules.
Preferred:experience with DeltaV, Syncade, or similar systems; hands-on mammalian cell culture knowledge; strong communication and team skills.
High-Value:focus on upstream mammalian cell culture, bioreactor scale-up, aseptic technique, and cGMP compliance in biologics manufacturing.
Work setup:12-hour shifts (day or night) on a 2-2-3 rotation at Research Triangle Park, NC.
