Lance Soft is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead server assembly operations at Whitsett, NC. You will manage daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
You will supervise assembly, testing and packaging across production lines, ensure schedules are met, coach staff, enforce ESD and cleanroom protocols, and collaborate with engineering, quality and logistics to resolve issues and drive improvements.
