About Arabella’s Managed Organizations Team

Arabella Advisors provides operations and management support to multiple nonprofit organizations, including the New Venture Fund, the Windward Fund, the Hopewell Fund—all 501(c)(3) public charities—and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4). These managed organizations support innovative public interest projects, coordinate collaborative initiatives, and administer grants. Candidates are encouraged to research fiscal sponsorship prior to the interview. The projects supported focus on conservation, global health, and civic engagement.

The HR Generalist (Compliance) will manage and mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory and policy compliance related to Arabella's nonprofit client human capital systems. This role involves executing processes associated with hiring, worker classification, creating and managing risk assessment and audit programs, researching legal and regulatory obligations, translating regulatory requirements into systems and processes, monitoring controls, and developing process improvements. The position is full-time.
