Job Description

Shifts Available: 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Friday; 10 PM - 6 AM, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday (Pediatric)

Pay Range:

Registered Nurse (RN) : $29 - $33 per hour, based on experience

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience

As an RN / LPN with Intelli Choice, you will provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, including trach and vent‑dependent individuals of all ages. You will work closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care in a safe, comfortable home environment.

Current RN / LPN license in North Carolina or a compact state

Current CPR certification (in‑person only)
