Position:
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

The ADON will help manage the administrative and clinical operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards
. You'll support the team in providing the highest level of care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet the medical needs of all residents

  • Coordinate infection control protocols

  • Educate and support nursing staff

  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of nursing

  • Be available on-call 24/7

  • Plan, organize, and direct nursing services

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records

  • Hire, train, and onboard new nursing staff

  • Oversee daily staffing and scheduling

  • Stay flexible to meet changing facility needs

What You’ll Need to Join Us:
  • Active RN license in good standing (State of NC)

  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience

  • 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills

  • Commitment to high-quality, person-centered care

  • COVID-19 vaccination required (reasonable accommodations considered)
