Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our team to success. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating our team to deliver a delicious experience every time.

• Leading the team:
  Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza‑loving employees; fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensuring operational efficiency:
  Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Delivering outstanding customer service:
  Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Driving sales and profitability:
  Implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Maintaining a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness.

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry (not required).
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A love for pizza is a definite plus!

• Must consistently produce perfect pizzas by adhering to Domino’s pizza‑making standards and procedures.
• Must maintain 100% brand image at all times, following the Domino’s dress code and representing the brand positively.
• Must work with hustle and energy; we require a fast‑paced and efficient work style.
• Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers; excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.
