Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Durham, NC. The ASM will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and training staff. This role involves driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor sales staff effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
