We are actively hiring a motivated Part‑Time Branch Sales Associate for our Laurel, MD branch. This day‑shift position offers up to 28 hours per week, making it ideal for individuals seeking a good work‑life balance. As a Branch Sales Associate, you will directly contribute to boosting sales and expanding market reach, particularly for our exclusive private label, Top Tech.

• Promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our customer/dealer network and HVAC contractors.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers, providing prompt and courteous service for all customers and potential customers of the Branch, including walk‑in and telephone calls.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of HVAC products and actively promote our private label brand.
• Follow and adhere to all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
• Restock shelves and assist in unloading products; ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.

• 1–3 years of HVAC sales, counter sales, or other retail sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills; good computer skills (Microsoft applications) required.
• Experience working with contractors preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
