Job Summary
The Sales Support Representative is responsible for critical commercial support for Enterprise/Key Accounts. Main responsibilities include: managing all commercial support for Enterprise/Key Accounts, resolving and providing change order management for key projects, taking direction from the Enterprise Account Manager on workstream priorities, engaging and participating in key client meetings, and developing and maintaining key client support relationships.
Minimum Qualifications- BA/BS in Business or related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience is preferred.
- A practical and working knowledge of commercial administration and business contracts is preferred.
- Interest and ability to deal with customers with tact, patience, and grace.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office product suite;
Excel experience a must. - Critical reading and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage workload through challenging scheduling issues with strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- High energy level with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities to interact with internal and external audiences on technical and financial topics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

- Interface with key clients to drive and accelerate resolution of commercial support issues.
- Collaborate closely with the EAM, following their direction to effectively prioritize tasks and coordinate interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage a strong understanding of both client and Power Secure systems to streamline order conversions, financial consolidation, and deliverables.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand project milestones, resolve change orders, client payment status, and project completion.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on progress and status of critical sales administrative tasks.
- Master the change order process to provide visibility and resolution and to shorten the lifecycle from start to finish.
- Participate in key client meetings with the EAM to develop and elevate key business relationships.
- Utilize exposure with client and EAM to develop key commercial sales competencies to be considered for potential client‑facing roles.
- Create client relationships through a cadence of engagement to accelerate resolution and alignment.
- Understand our core energy resiliency solutions and be able to apply a clear designation of scope, price, and invoicing on major projects.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues with client commitments around schedule, pricing, and deliverables.
- Address multiple layers of organizational engagement from site maintenance and operations to C‑level financial and sustainability dimensions.
- Bring the voice of the customer into the Power Secure business to influence and improve product development and service offerings.
- Partner and collaborate with other Sales Team members, Marketing, Project Development, Product Engineering, and Services to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned segment.
- Engage with proposal development, estimation, and project development engineering to develop and present proposals that meet customer requirements.
- This position is remote.
- Frequent travel may be required for training or meetings.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones (Central/Eastern/Mountain/Pacific), if necessary.
- Be flexible for after‑hours tasks, as needed.
