Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New House Sales Executive located in Durham, The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process for new homes, including client prospecting, providing property tours, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Other responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company standards are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the housing industry or construction industry, with experience in house sales preferred
  • Ability to work effectively on-site while collaborating with both internal team members
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is advantageous
