Continuous Quality Improvement Assistant

We're seeking a Continuous Quality Improvement Assistant to support quality care, regulatory compliance, and survey and accreditation readiness across our agency.

• Monitor programs and clinical processes for quality and compliance.
• Support site reviews, survey readiness, service endorsements, and accreditation.
• Review procedures and reports for risks and compliance issues.
• Analyze data and help develop monitoring plans, forms, and reporting tools.
• Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and policies.
• Complete training and assigned duties.

• High school diploma.
• Word and Excel experience; working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and relevant software.
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent judgment, ability to follow complex instructions, and timely management of competing priorities.
• Professional collaboration with staff and local and state contacts.
• Valid driver's license, appropriate insurance, and ability to travel for work.

Primarily indoor office work and community-based work required. Must lift up to 40 pounds independently and be free from communicable diseases.
