Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a warehouse role. The position focuses on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and security across various environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and warehouses.

- Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday - Tuesday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Friday - Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday - Tuesday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Part‑time schedule
- Mornings Shift (16 hours per week)
- Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Competitive hourly wage: $17.93 per hour

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
- Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
- Active PPSB license
- Over 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 1 year of security experience
- High School Diploma or GED (proof required)
- Successful completion of an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Military, law enforcement, or security experience is a plus
- State license required
