As Wolfspeed’s Senior Site Security Supervisor overseeing Wolfspeed's HQ campus in Durham as well as other RTP locations, you will lead and manage all aspects of site security for your assigned location(s) and days of work. This role will manage all aspects of employment and duties for a team of security personnel, which could include Security Shift Supervisors, Security Coordinators, Security Shift Leads, Security Officers, Security Receptionists, and Security Operations Center personnel.

- Perform all necessary actions to establish a safe and secure work environment for site employees and visitors
- Manage the hiring process and personnel development of security staff (interviewing, hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, performance evaluation)
- Establish team goals and evaluate key performance indicators for process improvement
- Manage all function-specific activities throughout designated facilities, including security staff scheduling, site patrols, physical security systems, business supports, incident management/response and command, report reviews, and assisting with investigations
- Collaborate with other business unit supervisors/managers to accomplish the goals of the Security and Emergency Management Department
- Four (4) years of corporate security management/leadership experience or positions of significant responsibility in law enforcement or the military
- BA/BS degree preferred, however work experience and/or industry certifications could be substituted for education
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate security responsibilities associated with a large industrial facility and investigation experience
- Strong leadership ability and comfort occupying a high-visibility, high-demand position
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Must be capable of frequently sitting, standing, and/or walking for long periods of time, which may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain
- Must be capable of frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
- Must be capable of running short distances in the event of an emergency
- Must be willing and capable of providing life saving techniques in the event of an emergency after being fully trained by Wolfspeed
- Must complete all required Wolfspeed training for the position of Senior Security Supervisor
- This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
