Overnight Security Shift Supervisor – Garda World

Garda World Security Services is hiring an Overnight Security Shift Supervisor to oversee concierge post operations at night, ensuring safety and exceptional customer service.

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control and conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment, report maintenance needs, and respond to incidents.
• Provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams, and answer questions by phone or in person.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Supervise and manage a team of officers.

Overnight Full‑time

Schedule:

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Wednesday – Saturday (32 hours per week). Competitive hourly wage: $19.47 / hr, paid bi‑weekly. Uniform provided at no cost.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service skills and basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license as required.
