Field Service Technician

Location:

Raleigh area, North Carolina. The role focuses on servicing Pella Windows & Doors products in residential homes while delivering exceptional customer experience.

$23.00/hr – $25.00/hr (actual pay determined by skills and experience).

• Perform repairs and adjustments, including glass replacement and installation of blinds, shades, muntins, and roll screens.
• Prepare detailed field reports on product issues, collect COD receipts, and maintain service orders and billing paperwork.
• Maintain service-related awareness and administer critical support functions.
• Clean up work area with courtesy toward homeowners’ belongings.
• Drive the company vehicle as required.
• Additional duties as specified by management.
• Deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

• Knowledge of residential construction.
• Prior windows and doors experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding.
• Neat appearance, good listening skills, and strong communication for direct customer contact.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• High school graduate required.
• 1–2 years of related education/experience in building materials or construction.
• Computer experience preferred.

• Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 for well‑qualified candidates.
