Although our benefits package is top-of-the-line, what you'll really love is earning generous pay for your experience. We offer competitive pay ranging from $27 to $35 per hour, plus commission that averages earnings exceeding $100,000. Our HVAC service team also receives a company vehicle, uniforms, and a tool expense program.

THE EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR Can you meet the following qualifications?- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Diagnose HVAC issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems
- Ensure systems are running smoothly and address potential issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 am
Additionally, you will participate in a 5-week on-call rotation, which is essential to maintaining our commitment to prompt service for our customers.
