Position Summary

The Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while representing Plumb

V with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drain systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system functionality and code compliance
• Accurately explain findings and solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if assigned)
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Plumb
  
  V's reputation for quality and integrity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Valid plumbing license or ability to obtain one (as required by state/local regulations)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
