What You'll Do

As an Apprentice, you'll work alongside skilled technicians to gain hands-on experience while learning the JD Service Now way of doing things - the right way.

You will:

* Assist technicians in delivering high-quality customer service

* Use and maintain company tools and equipment properly

* Learn and apply JD Service Now methods and safety procedures

* Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times

* Attend classroom training, coaching meetings, and required check-ins

* Complete coursework and skills development tasks within assigned timelines

* Represent and promote JD Service Now Core Values in your daily work

* Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

What It Takes to Succeed

This role is a fit for someone motivated and excited to build a trade career. You:

* Have strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

* Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately

* Are comfortable working indoors/outdoors, at heights, and in various weather conditions

* Have basic safety awareness and commitment to safe practices

* Show enthusiasm for learning - every single day

* Demonstrate reliability, good timekeeping, and teamwork

* Are willing to complete all required training and certifications

* Have basic computer skills
